By accessing or using PropJunkie ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
PropJunkie is a sports analytics platform that uses statistical models and AI-powered analysis to generate information about player prop bets across major North American sports leagues (MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL). The Service provides:
PropJunkie does not operate as a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, does not handle gambling funds, and is not affiliated with any licensed gambling operator.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use PropJunkie. In jurisdictions where the legal sports betting age is 21, you must be at least 21. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement applicable in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to terminate any account we believe belongs to a minor.
PropJunkie does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any analysis. Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable. Any decisions you make based on PropJunkie's output — including placing wagers — are made entirely at your own risk.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
PropJunkie offers both a free tier and paid subscription plans ("Pro"). Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe, our payment processor.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Pro features until that date.
Refunds are provided at our discretion. We will generally issue a pro-rated refund if requested within 7 days of a charge, provided the account has not been used extensively in that period. To request a refund, contact support@propjunkie.app.

All content, design, software, and branding associated with PropJunkie — including the name, logo, analysis UI, and underlying code — is owned by PropJunkie and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Sports odds and game data are sourced from licensed third-party providers. Team names, logos, and player names are property of their respective leagues and organizations. PropJunkie makes no claim of ownership over that content.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROPJUNKIE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR GAMBLING LOSSES — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY ANALYSIS PROVIDED.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to PropJunkie in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law.
